meat-free monday: eggs benedict, saffa style

Right, first Monday in South Africa. 
You can have vegetarian eggs benedict, along with this beautifully styled photo from a restaurant in Vermont, described thus:
The main breakfast course, Vegetarian Eggs Benedict, featured Hollandaise-drizzeld poached eggs atop roasted potato and toasted brioche, with asparagus and a Johnny Jump Up from the garden as garnish.
I am not.

I know its meat-free Monday, but I swear I'll do a meat-free Tuesday when I get back. In the meantime, I am going to be tucking into a breakfast that is uniquely South African - eggs and mince meat. 
Love a bit of steak in the morning.
