meat-free monday: canapes by Camille

Don't these asparagus and ricotta crostini look delightful? Camille over at Camille Styles made them for Easter, and promises that they're totally awesome. 


The recipe looks easy enough - although Camille recommends making your own ricotta.


I'm not sure about that. Rumor is that I'm likely to be given a 'canape course' for my birthday since friends are still traumatized by the lime atchar and sardines on crackers that they were served last time they were here. 


It's so hard being me.
My friends might say it's harder being them...
