It has been ages since we've had some pretty painted ladies, and I thought it was about time I tried harder.
These are all by celebrated Vogue illustrator René Bouché.
I get all that malarkey about having life choices and independence and all that, but life looked quite a lot prettier back in the 40s and 50s, didn't it?
Also, I have what appears to be the beginning of man flu.
At least, I'm assuming it must be man flu, since I caught it from a man. (It was fun though.)
And I no longer feel human.
(This one is my favourite, by the way.
She's going on the wall:)
